Todds Leap Training offer the Level 3 Supervising food safety course which is designed for supervisors and food managers who require a broader understanding of food safety control in the catering sector. 

 

This course is ideal for anyone managing people in the food industry. It will provide a detailed knowledge of food safety, principals and practices through identifying potential hazards to food safety, in providing this knowledge supervisors and food managers will be able to develop and implement food safety system which are appropriate to their work place. 

The level 3 food hygiene course is ideal for anyone responsible for the HACCP system in a food business. The course focus on developing an in-depth knowledge of food safety, allowing them to implement a HACCP system and the importance of training staff. Participant’s knowledge will grow to the required level for putting a food safety management system into place, whilst teaching the candidates how to communicate the knowledge to other staff as the business expands. 

 

This course is accredited by both CPD & RoSPA 

It last approximately 10 hours
